McCoy in line for Impek ride

Tony McCoy will be asked to ride the Jim Lewis-owned Impek in the Stan James King George VI Chase at Sandown on Boxing Day.

Tony McCoy will be asked to ride the Jim Lewis-owned Impek in the Stan James King George VI Chase at Sandown on Boxing Day.

The 10-times champion jockey landed the totesport Peterborough Chase on the nine-year-old last month, and will take the ride in preference to Timmy Murphy.
