Gary and Jamie Moore will have their appeals against the penalties imposed following the running and riding of Lewis Island heard by the Jockey Club at 10.30am next Thursday.

Gary and Jamie Moore will have their appeals against the penalties imposed following the running and riding of Lewis Island heard by the Jockey Club at 10.30am next Thursday.

The six-year-old finished third in the intercasino.co.uk Handicap Chase at Doncaster last Friday, after which trainer Gary was fined £2,900 (€4,276), son Jamie banned for 20 days and the horse for 40 days.

Jamie Moore will be represented by Rory Mac Neice and Gary Moore by Dawn Baccus of the National Trainers’ Federation.
