Beef back on form

Beef Or Salmon is back on course for an outing in the next week, having recovered from his abortive trips to two different tracks last weekend.

Trainer Michael Hourigan had planned to run the horse at Down Royal on Saturday but after the meeting was abandoned due to a security alert, he took Beef Or Salmon to Leopardstown for Sunday’s November Handicap.
