A public order case against jockey Paul Carberry has been further adjourned.

A public order case against jockey Paul Carberry has been further adjourned.

A garda told Swords District Court this morning that an additional complaint against the jockey was being investigated and they were waiting for directions from the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Thirty-one-year-old Paul Carberry, from Rathfeigh in Co Meath, is accused of a public order offence for allegedly setting fire to a friend's newspaper on a flight from Malaga on October 1.

The case has been adjourned to November 22.
