Charity book launch at Goodwood
The running of the Dawn Till Dusk EBF Maiden Stakes at Goodwood tomorrow marks the publication of a book featuring many long-serving stable staff and the racing champions they looked after.
The proceeds of Colin Cameron’s work ‘Dawn Till Dusk’ will go to Racing Welfare and included are stories on Shergar, Desert Orchid, Persian Punch, Hallo Dandy and more.
Cameron will be at Goodwood for the race, together with Dennis Wright, who has worked with John Dunlop since 1963 and is featured in the book, and a representative of Racing Welfare.
