Godfrey Street, fifth at Doncaster on Wednesday, made no mistake when easily winning the Polypipe Flying Childers Stakes.

Ryan Moore had Richard Hannon’s youngster smartly out of the stalls and was always prominent before kicking on a furlong out.

Godfrey Street (8-1) bounded clear of the opposition and cosily held Hunter Street by three-quarters of a length. River Thames was three and a half lengths further away in third.
