Channon set to stick with seven for Majestic

Mick Channon is likely to keep Majestic Desert running over seven furlongs following her tidy success in the Oak Tree Stakes at Glorious Goodwood last week.

The filly had become a shade disappointing and had not won a race since last year’s Fred Darling Stakes but returned to her best form in the Group Three contest, sweeping past the field inside the final furlong to win going away.
