Frances Crowley today confirmed Saoire firmly on course for a Classic double in the Darley Irish Oaks at the Curragh on Sunday.

A short-head winner of the Irish 1000 Guineas earlier this season, the daughter of Pivotal was hampered at a crucial stage of the Pretty Polly Stakes last month when finishing eighth behind Alexander Goldrun.
