Dettori concedes championship dream over

Frankie Dettori has ruled himself out of the race for the jockeys’ championship after breaking his left collarbone in a fall at Sandown Park on Saturday.

The Italian looks likely to be on the sidelines for at least four weeks following the incident, which he claims will leave him unable to defend his crown.
