Damson will head for next month’s Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot at York with trainer David Wachman promising that she will have improved for her recent outing.

The Group One-winning juvenile dead-heated for ninth in last weekend’s Irish 1000 Guineas, having travelled strongly to lead a furlong from the finish only to weaken in the closing stages.
