Shalapour impresses at Gowran Park

Shalapour was cut by a number of firms for the Vodafone Derby after a smooth success in the Pricewaterhousecoopers Classic Trial at Gowran Park this afternoon.

John Oxx’s lightly-raced colt was always travelling well under Mick Kinane and cruised alongside the leader Dillons Dilemma inside the final two furlongs.
