Dominic Elsworth today lost his appeal before the Jockey Club’s disciplinary panel against a one-day ban for disobeying the Aintree starter’s instructions.

Dominic Elsworth today lost his appeal before the Jockey Club’s disciplinary panel against a one-day ban for disobeying the Aintree starter’s instructions.

The panel heard evidence from Elsworth and also viewed video recordings of the start of the Topham Chase last Friday.
