Showjumper Cian O'Connor's first two witnesses have been called to give evidence at the hearing in Zurich into whether he should be allowed to keep his Olympic gold medal after his horse - Waterford Crystal - tested positive for banned substances.

Showjumper Cian O'Connor's first two witnesses have been called to give evidence at the hearing in Zurich into whether he should be allowed to keep his Olympic gold medal after his horse - Waterford Crystal - tested positive for banned substances.

O'Connor arrived at the hearing early this morning.

His groom Jane Doyle and vet James Sheerin arrived at the conference centre this evening where a four-member panel from the International Equestrian Federation is deliberating.
