Paul Carberry will ride Beef Or Salmon in Tuesday’s Lexus Chase at Leopardstown.

Carberry steps in for the mount on the eight-year-old after regular partner Timmy Murphy confirmed that he is required to ride at Chepstow for owner David Johnson.
