Racing world mourns Caro Balding

The racing world is today mourning the loss of Caro Balding, wife of Grand National, Gold Cup and Champion Hurdle-winning trainer Toby Balding, who died in the early hours of this morning following a long illness.

Carolyn Balding was married to Toby for 45 of the 47 years in which he held a trainer’s licence. For the past year had suffered from cancer.
