Trainer Alan Berry was arrested today along with jockey Paul Bradley and farrier Steve O’Sullivan in the latest move in the on-going police investigation into allegations of race-fixing.

Trainer Alan Berry was arrested today along with jockey Paul Bradley and farrier Steve O’Sullivan in the latest move in the on-going police investigation into allegations of race-fixing.

It is understood they are being questioned by City of London Police, who are in charge of the inquiry, on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud.

They were detained at the trainer’s Moss Side stables at Cockerham, near Lancaster, at around 7am this morning.

Today’s developments bring the total number of arrests in the case to 25.
