Appeal defeat for Dwyer

Martin Dwyer lost his appeal against a three-day ban at a Jockey Club hearing today.

The rider was found guilty of careless riding on Crystal Curling who finished unplaced at Ascot last Saturday in that he interfered with Treasure The Lady and Mick Kinane shortly after the start.
