Italian ace bound for Ascot
Italian filly Marbye continued her preparation for Royal Ascot with light training on the Trenno dirt track in Milan today.
Trainer Bruno Grizzetti is happy with the four-year-old, who is on target for the Group Two Windsor Forest Stakes a week tomorrow.
The daughter of Marju won a Group Two in San Siro last week.
Altieri, meanwhile, remains on course for the Gran Premio di Milano on June 20 after the Presidente della Repubblica winner delighted his trainer Vittorio Caruso in a gallop on turf today.
