Ramsden and Fitzsimons cleared

Trainer Lynda Ramsden and jockey Paul Fitzsimons were cleared of any breach of the Rules of Racing over the performance of Distant Country at Catterick in March, at the Jockey Club yesterday.

Distant Country was making his reappearance, and running off a rating of 75, in the seven-furlong Gods Solution Handicap when finishing sixth of 18, beaten about three lengths.
