Fallon mount takes Dante Stakes
Kieren Fallon gave a superb riding performance to take the Group Two totesport Dante Stakes on North Light.
The champion jockey kicked on as the field turned for home with five furlongs to travel in this Derby trial.
Although North Light was strongly challenged by Dettori on Rule Of Law in the closing stages, he battled on gamely.
The 6-1 chance, trained by Sir Michael Stoute, won by half a length, with the 3-1 favourite Let The Lion Roar a further two and a half lengths away in third.
