Ecomium made an impressive racecourse debut when streaking home in the opening Giles Fox at Newmarket Racecourse Maiden Stakes at Headquarters today.

The Jeremy Noseda-trained son of Sadler’s Wells could be picked out as the winner with fully three furlongs to run as he was absolutely cantering under Eddie Ahern.
