Edredon Bleu will be the star of the show at Wincanton on Thursday when the evergreen 12-year-old has what will probably be his last run of the season in the Betfair Chase.

But Henrietta Knight’s wonderful servant will be no sort of betting proposition after his victory in the Pertemps King George VI Chase at Kempton on Boxing Day and punters need to look elsewhere.
