Celestial Gold added to Newbury field
Martin Pipe's Celestial Gold was the only addition to the entries for the stanjamesuk.com Novices' Chase at Newbury on Sunday.
The five-year-old, owned by David Johnson, made a winning debut at Towcester last week when short-heading Inching Closer.
There are now 10 entries for the Grade Two contest which had been re-opened.
They are headed by the exciting prospect Strong Flow, who is also engaged in the weekend's feature event, the Hennessy Cognac Gold Cup, over the same course on Saturday.
His trainer Paul Nicholls also has Fair Prospect and Ruby Gale in Sunday's three-mile event.
Other entries include Peter Bowen's Ballycassidy, who won at Aintree last month when Strong Flow fell at the fourth fence from home.
