Plans to develop Ireland’s first all-weather racetrack took a major step backwards today following a board meeting of Horse Racing Ireland.

Plans to develop Ireland’s first all-weather racetrack took a major step backwards today following a board meeting of Horse Racing Ireland.

At the meeting it was unanimously decided that no funding could be advanced for the provision of all-weather racing at this time.
