O'Brien sets sights on hat-trick
Aidan O’Brien has five juveniles entered in the Criterium International at Saint-Cloud on Saturday.
The Ballydoyle trainer has won the last two runnings of the Group One race with Alberto Giacometti and Ballingarry.
His entry this time consists of Mikado, Moscow Ballet, King Hesperus, Cobra and Acropolis.
Top Seed, Mick Channon’s well-travelled juvenile, also has the option of a tilt at the one-mile event.
An extensive foreign entry includes the Russian-trained Brief Floyed and the German contender Marabout Directa. The three home entries are Bago, Alnitak and Joursanvault.
