First Gold has won the the Heineken Gold Cup - the festival feature - at Punchestown.

The 7/4 French favourite, owned by Ireland's JP McManus, trained by Francois Doumen and ridden by his son Thierry landed the E160,000 feature.

Rince Ri came in second, with Native Upmanship in third.
