Monty’s Pass (16-1) put up a superb round of jumping to land the Martell Cognac Grand National at Aintree today.

Barry Geraghty’s mount hit the front two fences from home and galloped on resolutely to land the world’s greatest steeplechase from Supreme Glory with Amberleigh House in third.
