Alex Hales to train on his own
Alex Hales has decided to set up as a public trainer and will shortly be leaving the Andrew Cohen-owned Woodhall stables in Hertfordshire where he has operated on a private basis for the past two years.
Hales, 29, a former assistant to Charlie Mann and Kim Bailey, has enjoyed a degree of success in his spell at Woodhall with a total of 13 winners but he has now decided the time has come to further develop his career.
