Davids Lad decision due at 2.30pm
A decision on Davids Lad's participation at Cheltenham is expected at about 2.30pm.
Trainer Tony Martin has declared the nine-year-old for the Mildmay of Flete Challenge Cup Handicap Chase on Wednesday as a warm-up for the Martell Cognac Grand National.
But the horse is the subject of a legal row over a 42-day ban.
The leading Irish fancy for Aintree had been ruled out of the National when the Turf Club confirmed the ban imposed by Naas stewards for using the racecourse as a training ground on February 23.
The nine-year-old's four owners then successfully made an application to the High Court for a stay on the decision before the Turf Club put in a bid to have the ban reinstated.
