Officials at Punchestown racecourse are considering an incentive scheme to attract overseas runners to their Festival meeting which gets underway at the end of April, it was revealed today.

The prestigious five-day fixture, which stretches from April 29 to May 3, has always proved popular with British raiders and any incentive would only serve to increase the number of runners from Britain.
