Test results later this month

Results of counter-analyses taken from a number of horses, who have tested positive to morphine, are expected later this month.

Over the past two months a total of 28 horses, including 13 winners, have so far screened positive to morphine – a prohibited substance – following routine dope tests in Britain and there have also been cases in Ireland.
