Bangalore tops Cesarewitch weights
Amanda Perrett‘s Bangalore has been handed top weight of 9st 10lb for the Tote Cesarewitch at Newmarket on October 19.
The six-year-old, who won the Northumberland Plate earlier this season, heads the list for the two mile and two furlong handicap.
Double Honour has been allotted second top weight of 9st 7lb while Ed Dunlop‘s Mesmeric and Alcazar from the Hughie Morrison both have 9st 5lb.
Gerard Butler‘s Conquestadora, 8st 5lb, has been installed as the 10-1 joint favourite with Tees Components who has been given 8st 6lb.
Jumps trainer Nicky Henderson has Dancing Bay (8st 7lb), Cupboard Lover (8st 3lb) and Greenhope (8st 2lb) in the race while Martin Pipe has five entries in Riyadh (8st 8lb), Miss Fara (8st 2lb), Trained Bythe Best (7st 7lb), Guard Duty (7st 6lb) and Dubai Seven Stars (7st 2lb).
