Galway Racing nears its end

It is the final day of the Galway Racing Festival and the big event of the day, the Guinness Galway Hurdle has been claimed by Say Again.

While in other racing news - Horse Racing Ireland has announced that the fixture list for 2003 will have an extra 20 meetings - up now to 304.

The extra 20 are spread over 15 tracks, with more Sunday and evening events.
