Darryll Holland brought 12-1 shot Continent with a perfectly-timed run on the far rail to land the spoils by half-a-length from his stable companion Bahamian Pirate (16-1), ridden by Richard Hughes, who finished strongly on the outside in the £220,000 (€345,000) Group One contest.
