Horse Racing: Bleak outlook at Bangor
Prospects for Friday's meeting at Bangor are looking grim according to clerk of the course Michael Webster.
The going at the Welsh track is currently heavy but parts of the course are flooded and Webster says he is "not too hopeful" of the meeting going ahead.
"We have a lot of water on the course and more rain to come. We also have a very high River Dee which is preventing the water on the racecourse from draining," he said.
"I don't know about inspections yet but there is another barrage of rain forecast for Thursday."
