A son of Mayson, Mack Attack shaped with plenty of promise on his recent debut in Cork, eventually ending up in the middle of the track when chasing home Born To Be, beaten a length and three-quarters in a six-furlong maiden.

That experience and the extra furlong, plus a low draw, should make David Spratt’s colt tough to beat in the opener, the Irish Stallion Farms Maiden.
