Killarney kicks off summer racing season

Killarney races kicks off its summer racing season with a three-day meeting that begins on Sunday May 15.

Sunday and Monday are both National Hunt cards while Tuesday is an all Flat card.

The feature race of the opening day is the Grade B Ladbrokes Ireland Handicap Hurdle with a prize fund of €50,000. The race was won by Waxies Dargle 12 months ago.
