Theos Well is strongly fancied to land the opening Boomerang Animal Bedding Maiden Hurdle for Michael Winters and Davy Russell in Tipperary today.

The seven-year-old, winner of a Listowel bumper back in September 2013, boasts solid placed form over hurdles and, following three runs in Flat maidens in recent weeks, should be primed to open his hurdling account.

Placed three times over hurdles, Theos Well hasn’t run over obstacles since chasing home Lean And Keen in Cork last August.
