Rhapando looks set to make a winning return at Nottinghamshire

Rhapando can make a triumphant return from an extended break in the Southwell Back Jumping April 17th Interactive Novices’ Handicap Chase at the Nottinghamshire venue today.

The six-year-old was no great shakes over hurdles last term but he was in the process of running a promising race on his fencing bow at Doncaster last November before crashing out at the final obstacle.

That tumble clearly left no marks as Rhapando promptly made amends on his next start, showing plenty of resolve to win by a neck from Cloud Creeper, who has since gone on to score twice.
