Tough and consistent Ebadani bags second win

Sent off 11/4 favourite, the Halling gelding dictated the pace and, brought wide by Hoban in the straight in search of better ground, stayed on dourly to beat Sweet Cherry and Pivot Bridge in convincing style, with two and a half lengths to spare at the line.
Ebadani was registering his second career success. And Halford, who trains the Aga Khan-bred four-year-old for the Force Eight Syndicate, stated: “He got an uncontested lead and found the best of the ground in the straight. This horse is very, very genuine and consistent. I’m delighted for the lads — they were a log time waiting for him to put his head in front, but he’s giving them plenty of fun now.”
