Hailed by O’Brien as the best Flat horse he has ever trained, the three-year-old was third over a mile in what has been widely acclaimed as the best 2000 Guineas for many a year at Newmarket and stepped up to the plate to claim the Investec Derby at Epsom.
He emulated his sire Galileo and dam Ouija Board in completing a Classic double at the Curragh when lifting the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby, and is now in line to drop back in trip for the 10-furlong Group One on the Knavesmire before headlining the inaugural Irish Champions weekend at Leopardstown in September.
