Stick with Shantalla

Donie Hassett’s Shantalla gets the nap in the Martinstown Opportunity Handicap Chase at Ballinrobe this evening.

The nine-year-old makes a quick reappearance, after winning at Listowel just three days ago.

He came from off the pace in that three-miler to lead approaching the second last. Shantalla then looked set for an easy victory, but was all out in the closing stages to hold Theholeofthemoon by a neck.
