Gowran possibility for Fitz

Rebel Fitz could run in the Red Mills Trial Hurdle at Gowran next month before a possible assault at the Stan James Champion Hurdle.

Last year’s Galway Hurdle winner was defeated as the odds-on favourite in a Grade Two at Tipperary in October, but remains in contention for the Cheltenham Festival.

“He is in great form and has been swanning around the place,” said trainer Michael Winters.
