Primevere ready to end losing streak

Primevere can bring to an end a long losing streak by taking top honours in the Eve Trakway Foundation Stakes at Goodwood today.

The four-year-old won at Salisbury last August but has had to settle minor placings in the meantime as trainer Roger Charlton has upped her sights to Group Three company.

Primevere has run four times at that level this term and two seconds and a third have proved that she is well worth trying in Pattern races.
