Eddie Lynam hopes the drop in class for Sole Power can enable him to return to winning ways in the Scarbrough Stakes at Doncaster today.

Having won the 2010 Nunthorpe at 100-1, the five-year-old has run some fantastic races in defeat since but only has one victory in the Temple Stakes at Haydock in May 2011 to show for his efforts.

Placed in the Al Quoz Sprint, this year’s Temple and the King’s Stand, he would certainly not be winning out of turn.
