Ascot switched to Kempton

Racing in Britain is doing its utmost to minimise the effects of the very heavy rain that has disrupted the sport over recent days.

Ascot switched to Kempton

Kempton and Lingfield are putting on meetings to compensate for the loss of programmes at Ascot and Folkestone respectively while Hereford are improvising by staging an all-chase card.

After tomorrow’s Ascot meeting was called off due to waterlogging yesterday, the relevant bodies got together to rescue the card, featuring the Sagaro Stakes. The entire programme has been switched to Kempton’s all-weather track the same day.
