Rhymers Ha’ can go one better

Lucinda Russell’s team appear to be hitting top form just in time for next week’s Cheltenham Festival and while Rhymers Ha’ is some way off the calibre required for Prestbury Park, he merits serious respect in the Newcastle Falcons “National Hunt” Novices’ Hurdle at Newcastle today.

The five-year-old gelding has not yet won, but his form has been really strong this term.

Rhymers Ha’ has finished second to Lyvius and Into Wain at Kelso on his last two starts and would be most unfortunate if there were a rival of such potential lurking in this field.
