Parish can continue to make up for lost time

She was disappointing when a remote fifth of seven behind Don Cossack at Navan, but is certainly a lot better than that.
Previously at Navan, the selection beat the smart Shu Lewis by two and a half lengths. The form has worked out well with the third, Hats And Heels, and the fifth, A Country Girl, winning in the meantime.
The somewhat unlucky Special Token is the hopeful choice in the Greenmount Beginners Chase.
Two runs back, at Cork, she looked all over a winner, before being grabbed late and beaten a head by Twelfth Of Never.
Special Token then returned to Cork to beat Belle Brook by a head, after the latter had made a dreadful blunder at the final fence.
The daughter of Witness Box, however, lost the race in the stewards’ room, having hampered the rallying second and, hopefully, her turn has finally arrived.
