Hunter chasing beckons for Barbers

ONE-TIME Cheltenham Gold Cup hope Barbers Shop will soon be back in training ahead of a hunter chase campaign.

Nicky Henderson’s 10-year-old has not been seen since he was pulled up in the 2010 Hennessy Gold Cup at Newbury, but has some good form to his name, having finished seventh in the Gold Cup and third in a King George.

Henderson said: “He’s coming back in next week and the plan is to go hunter chasing in the spring.
