Betfair to sponsor RTÉ racing coverage

BETFAIR is to sponsor RTÉ’s coverage of horse racing across RTÉ Television, RTÉ Radio 1 and rte.ie.

The deal will be for an initial six month term.

RTÉ Television will broadcast 23 days of live Irish racing each year, featuring all of the major days, with the coverage also simulcast on rte.ie, within the Republic of Ireland.

In addition to its home coverage, RTÉ sport covers the key race meetings from the UK, including the Grand National, Cheltenham and Epsom.
